How long will the delivery take?

Orders within the US will be delivered within 7-20 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Deliveries to all other territories will take 10-25 working days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and other public holidays. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

What if I need to modify my order?

After receiving clear payments, within 48 hours we start processing the orders, if you want to modify your order, please contact us with your order ID and we’ll take care of the rest.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide Shipping:

Standard Shipping to the European Union and to the Rest of the World (ROW).

Due to COVID-19 developments, we currently are not able to deliver to the certain countries.

Shipping costs will be assessed during checkout based on the full value of goods purchased.

The shipping cost doesn’t account for any import taxes/customs fees. These fees are not under our control and apply according to the regulations of your selected country of delivery. Please refer to your local customs authorities for more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

In case of deliveries to any other countries, you have the following payment options:

– Payment via PayPal
– Payment via credit card ( Soon)

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days to revoke this contract without specifying any reasons. In order to exercise your revocation right, please inform us: sales@loonaa.com.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us. Please take a look at the Revocation right for consumers in our Imprint for more details.
